Experience the myriad benefits of regular Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage (MLD) therapy, designed to enhance your overall health and well-being. The lymphatic system is a very important part of our immune system that protects us from disease. Unlike the circulation of the blood, the lymphatic system has no pumping mechanism. Instead it relies, for example, on muscular movement and breathing to assist the flow of the lymph fluid. Unfortunately the lymphatic system can become very sluggish (due to our sedentary lifestyles and high fat/high salt diets) leading to puffiness, bloating, constant tiredness, low immunity and frequent infections. This gentle and non-invasive technique offers:
Incorporating regular MLD into your wellness routine can help maintain balance, support your body’s natural healing processes, and improve your quality of life. Results vary. Consult your medical provider if you have any questions if this service is right for you. Note: We work around open wounds or active infections.

Embark on a unique and revitalizing journey with our Cupping MLD (manual lymphatic drainage) . This innovative treatment employs the use of specialized cups to create a gentle vacuum that lifts and releases muscle tissues, promoting a profound sense of relaxation and rejuvenation. As you settle into a serene atmosphere, a skilled therapist strategically places cups on targeted areas of the body, creating suction that draws the skin and underlying tissues upward. This gentle suction stimulates blood flow, promoting the release of tension and encouraging the body's natural healing processes. The cups may be stationary or moved in a gliding motion across the skin, enhancing the massage experience. The sensation is often described as a deep, therapeutic pull that helps alleviate muscle stiffness, reduce inflammation, and improve overall circulation. The treatment may leave temporary marks on the skin, indicative of the release of stagnant energy and toxins from the body.
Although cupping is generally considered safe, it’s not recommended for everyone. People with certain medical conditions should avoid cupping, specifically those with the following conditions: Epilepsy, Hemophilia, History of stroke, Eczema, Active Psoriasis, Open Wounds,
Other factors to consider are:
Age: Cupping should either be avoided or very closely monitored on seniors and children due to the fragility of their skin.
Pregnancy: Avoid cupping in the abdomen and lower back areas.
Medications: If you take blood thinners, do not try cupping.
