Our Cancellation Policy

50% fee to cancel within 12 hours, 100% no-show fee. If you are not able to make your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible by calling 920-288-2178 or by canceling in our online appointment portal. Credit card payments are subject to 2. 9% service fee. Cash is our preferred method of payment.  

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client’s appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will determine if there is enough time to start the session. The fee for your original scheduled appointment applies. 

Appointment Time

 All appointment times include the consultation and time for you to disrobe and make yourself comfortable on the massage table.

Medical Clearance

Please consult your physician before your session if you are under care for any medical conditions that you may be concerned about, or that are a contraindication to our services. Please consult with your primary care provider if you have any questions about changing your current medical plan. We will not alter or change any medications or provide a diagnosis for any conditions.  Please note that clearance from your health care provider may be required before treatment or we may need to request further information on your condition. Contraindications include Congestive heart failure, DVT, Kidney disorders, Acute inflammation not related to the surgical site or condition, certain infections, malignancies, Arteriosclerosis, Acute cold/flu, Fever, Covid, history of blood clots, Stroke and Some medications.

Under the Influence and Under 18

No service will be performed on anyone under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs, or under the age of 18 (without parental consent.). 

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We do not accept insurance. Cash is the preferred form of payment.  Credit card payments are subject to 2. 9% service fee. Cash is our preferred method of payment.  

Tipping

At the Center for Lymphatic Health Care, we consider MLD a form of holistic healthcare. Just as you don't tip at a doctor's office, we do not expect gratuities. Your referrals and positive feedback are the highest compliments we can receive.
